Warm double bedroom in a three-bed terraced house in Selly Park, a short walk away to Cannon Hill Park and the MIdlands Arts Centre and very close to Birmingham university, as well as walking distance/ short cycle away from Moseley, Stirchley and Kings Heath. The house is a two-minute walk from the main bus route to town/ Stirchley.

The room is light and cosy and fully furnished with bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chair, and dressing table and stool. The house is recently refurbished with a stunning kitchen and dining area that looks out onto the garden, a middle room sitting area and a front lounge.
There is one main bathroom to be shared with me, the homeowner, and a downstairs restroom.

I am a friendly, warm and respectful academic who enjoys cooking, looking for a young(ish) professional, postdoc or PhD student (preferably female and ideally vegetarian or vegan and tidy).
