Large double in quiet area of Selly Oak, walking distance of QE and UoB, house with two bathrooms. Great train and bus links to city centre, usually less than 30 mins.

We are a queer couple, both working professionals, and my partner works from home most days. We have a little black cat who loves to play and sleep wherever she can be warmest. We have lived in the house since last year, have friends round for dnd every week, play board games, and have BBQs in the garden in the summer.

Bills are included and parking is available just outside the house.
