Looking for someone to replace a student tenancy at 247 hubert road, selly oak from now to end of June. Our house, 4 girls and 1 boy, are super friendly, mostly medics. We love occasional pub nights as a house and watching chick flicks together in the living room.
Rent is £488.84 a month, with bills coming in at £46.59 a month (wifi, water, gas and electricity ). We are with octopus energy so you will get money back on gas and electricity you don’t use at the end of the year!
Happy to negotiate a shorter tenancy, and January is ALREADY PAYED FOR for a free first month. Please message if interested, this is a lovely house, unfortunately moving out because of retaking a semester.
