Room to rent

This property offers a double room that comes fully furnished with a small TV, double bed, study table, mirror, and wardrobe. All bills are included in the rent. A professional cleaner visits every 1–2 weeks to maintain the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room.

The security deposit is £120. On your move-in day, the payment will be £1,080, which covers both the first and last month’s rent. The £120 deposit is deducted from the first month’s rent, making the total £1,080 instead of £1,200.
