Spacious 1 bedroom flat with a separate living room and plenty of storage. Ideal for a single person or a couple. Located in the outskirts of Selly oak (B29). It is in walking distance to UoB, the Queen Elizabeth hospital and Selly oak retail park. Good transport links X21 and X20 bus stops outside the building 61/63/76/11 buses are 10mins walk. The building has its own private car park as well. Selly oak and university train stations are about 20mins walk. Local amenities 10-15mins walking distance
The agency allows cats
Rent is £710 plus council tax if applicable. Currently I am on a package deal for utilities that can be transferred if needed or you can sort your own.
