You will get a furnished room in a large house with a shared kitchen, living room, and garden. Gas hobs, 2 large fridges, and lots of kitchen space for individual storage and a kitchen island.

Friendly other housemates who like to socialise and drink, but will not mind if you are not up for that and prefer to keep to yourself. Housemates are planning to have house parties during the year. Other housemates are 3 girls, and 4 guys, all in second year of study at UoB.

The house is a student housing so exempt from council tax, and is owned by Unipads.
