Im a final year student looking for someone to rent with a 2 bed flat in Selly Oak. I dont smoke (cant stand the smell) I love singing, the arts, cooking/trying nigerian and other ethnic foods, i go to the gym often & I love to laugh & vibe out. Im pretty chilled and can be quite social or introverted depending on the day lol.
I like my space respected and I will respect yours. I dont like super loud music most days & clean up after yourself please. Im pretty peaceful, I just want to finish the year and be on my way.
This house is a new build and bills are not included in it. It will be fully finished once all the works are completed in in also. This is for students only so I believe its can have council band A. Students should have an exemption though.
