I am posting on behalf of my brother, Daniel, who has had a change in plans and now needs someone to take over his tenancy at Unite Students, Oak Brook Park, 17 Grange Road, Birmingham, B29 6BL. It is very close to the University of Birmingham.

• Available now and the contract runs until 11 July 2026
• £222.53 per week, with all bills and Wi-Fi included
• Classic ensuite room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen with other students
• Excellent location for University of Birmingham students
• Modern, secure building with on-site management, laundry, study areas and a common room

Only students are eligible to live in Unite Students accommodation.
