Cozy room available close to UoB

I am looking for a replacement for my room so you'll be living with other people in the house. Right now there are 2 people, a male and female even they'll be moving out eventually. if you are a group of 3 or 4 friends then definitely you'll have fun living together.

This room i am renting is in ground floor and it is easily access to kitchen, bathroom and front door. room has a double bed, a study desk, cupboard, dresser drawer and shelves. Also the house has a good living space which is spacious, it with sofas, chairs and a coffee table. kitchen comes with a gas stove, oven, washer, dryer and a boiler. bathroom has bathtub and shower. shower has electric heater. house heating system is mainly gas based. Bills are not included in the rent, but we have an ongoing bill which includes all the facilities which is unlimited.
