I’m looking to sublet my self-contained student flat in Selly Oak. The location is extremely convenient — 1 minute walk to the university and 1 minute walk to Selly Oak high street (supermarkets, shops, food places).

The flat is fully private and does not share any living space with others.
It includes:
• A private bedroom with a storage room
• A private bathroom with a bathtub
• A private kitchen with a washing machine

The house has only 3 residents in total, so it’s quiet, but the flat itself is completely independent.

Sublet period: February – July
Contract can be extended after July
All bills included
Sublet will be done through the official contract for security.

Subletting due to personal reasons and looking for a genuine replacement tenant.
