Clean and Quiet Ensuite Rooms in 6 Bed House

We’re looking for 5 new housemates to join a spacious 6-bedroom ensuite house. The house is fully furnished, and each bedroom comes with its own private ensuite, so you’ve got your own space as well as a nice shared kitchen/living area to relax in.

One of the current tenants will be staying- she will often be out on placement, and is really clean, respectful and easygoing. The house is generally a calm, tidy and friendly environment, so it would suit people who are similar and prefer more of a homely vibe rather than a party house.

We’re ideally looking for housemates who are:
- clean and considerate
- respectful of shared spaces
- easy to live with

The location is great for University of Birmingham and hospital placements, with good transport links and shops nearby.

Council tax band: B
(Full-time students are exempt)
