Currently, the house mates are 3 female students and 1 male student (not including me). I have decided to advertise this room as I am not carrying on with my degree, all the other house mates are very friendly and sociable and will make you feel welcome. You would all move in on the same date and room allocation will be decided fairly.
This house is an LGBTQ friendly and inclusive house.
Rent does not include bills and council tax is not required to be paid (as this is a student only property).
