Need to fill a room - all girls - 1st July

I’m leaving the tenancy and need to fill the contract for the next year from the 1st onwards. Lovely house in selly oak, 10 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from supermarkets. On a nicer road than main student roads. Parking space on the drive, living room, dining room that leads to the kitchen that has a dishwasher. garden out the back with an outside toilet. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. 3 girls still living in the house and very friendly. All bedrooms have en-suites, and double beds. Very well kept house and everything girls need. Neighbours are friendly as well. If you have any more questions pls message on here
