Two PhD students looking for a new housemate.

Preferably another PhD student or mature student.

Undergrad also welcome, as long as not to loud on week nights.

We enjoy chilling in the house watching movies and having game nights, as well as going out to pub quizzes. Also both into staying active through gym, running and walking.

We are looking for someone who is quite chilled, not to messy and not wanting to go out partying every night.

Room is on the smaller size but is fully furnished and there is plenty of storage under the bed and in other rooms for anything that doesn't fit. The house is spacious with a open planned downstairs, living area and a garden space.

Rent is £495 including all bills (electricity, gas, water and wifi)

Kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, toaster and air fryer. Plenty of cupboard space.
