Single room going in a lovely 5-bed, 2-bath house. Loads of space, big kitchen, proper laundry area, and a comfy living room to chill in.

You'd be living with 4 of us, all University of Birmingham students (2 girls, 2 boys). Friendly, easy-going group, mix of social and study time. We're tidy, respectful of each other's space, and up for the occasional house dinner or movie night.

- walking distance ;5 mins to campus / 1min to bus route
