Room and ensuite for one person - female preferred

We have one spare room in our house. This is a 6 bedroom house in Selly Oak, less than 10 minutes from the University of Birmingham Edgbaston campus. It's close to all the shops on Bristol Road, including Aldi and Sainsbury's.

It's a ground floor bedroom that is fully furnished. The bed is a small double and there's also a TV in the room. There's a private ensuite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is shared and has a sofa and TV area too. There is a washer/dryer machine in the house.

There are 5 of us already, and we're looking for a 6th person to take the last room. A female housemate is preferred.

We are a welcoming and inclusive group of second year students, studying Chemistry, Engineering and Computer Science at UoB.

Being a student is required for our council tax exemption. £495.83 pcm, including bills. A £455 deposit is required. We're looking for someone to take the room till the end of June 2027.
