Dble room near QE and Bham uni £550 inc bills

One double room is available for £550 pcm inc bills in a friendly house share on the border of Selly Oak and Harborne from the 25th April. Present house mates are working so would prefer either young professionals or mature students. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.
The council tax is band C but this is included in the rent as well as gas, electricity, water rates and broadband.

Present house mates are female and would prefer to live with other females. They want a friendly house with fellow housemates who chat to each other and share the occasional meal and maybe go out together sometimes. They also want someone who is happy to clean up after themselves and do their part in cleaning shared areas. A cleaner comes once a fortnight to clean shared areas and the garden is looked after during spring and summer.

It is very convenient for Birmingham University, the QE, the Women's hospital. and Selly Oak retail park. The canal and local parks are just up the road and it is close to bus routes into town and the number 11, and is mid way between the University and Selly Oak train stations.

I am the landlord and usually show people around but try and arrange for at least one of the house mates to be present too.
