I have a fully furnished double room with 3/4 bed available for short term let (max 3-4 months as I am planning to sell the house in summer 2020). You will be living with a young lady who works full time as a nurse. All utility bills including internet are included. The house has a spacious living room, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has a good size garden with a patio. Parking is available on the street. The house is located in the leafy residential part of Selly Oak, only a short walk from Queen Elizabeth Hospital, University of Birmingham and the train station.
