Double room to rent - now carpeted

I'm renting a room in my house whilst I stay in India for 3 months. I'm open to the start date and finish date of letting. So in theory you get a whole house to live for the price of a room rental. Bills would be your responsibility as I won't be in the property and I can discuss that with you at viewing stage or before. There are two double rooms and you would have your room of choice, all my personal belongings would be locked in the other room. All rooms are carpeted now, so no longer wooden floors upstairs.

The house is a two bed terrace with private garden. The house has two receptions rooms, wooden floors through out, spacious bathroom upstairs with rain shower.

There are amenities close by, selly oak and bournville train stations are 10 mins walk and the pershore road 5 mins where regular buses into the city run. I'm close to moseley/kingsheath 20min walk or 5min in a taxi There's a co-op supermarket within walking distance and sainsbury's not to far away. Street Parking is available outside house.

The first months rent and a deposit of £350 will be required too. I will also consider a mon -Friday let at £300 per month

I have BT wireless broadband that can be connected to your laptop etc.
