Very spacious detached house, close to main road and bus stops to university of Birmingham and city center in quiet and peaceful area close to parks. There are three large toilets and two bath & shower. In addition each room has got hand wash basin. This house has been decorated recently. All bills and internet included, we have access to laundry room with washing machine and dryer. We are 1 minutes away from Selly oak library campus. All lodger are postgraduate ( Master, PhD or Post Doctorate) so we are looking for postgraduate only for minimum 10-12 month contract.
