I have a king size bedroom available for rent in a newly renovated, spacious house. The room has new bed, brand-new quality mattress, blackout curtains (if working, nightshift.) Bedside table, you will have access to a toilet downstairs. Also Bathroom and toilet upstairs. very clean and well maintained back & front garden where you can sit and relax. Communal area is shared with other two individuals. always must keep clean.

Must obey the house rules, after use of the kitchen and bathroom should be left in the same clean and tidy condition. always use door handles due to all individuals are full-time working. Keep to the minimum noise. no use of shoes or slippers upstairs. Please keep pair of indoor slippers.

Very quit home. Weekly cleaning service provided. Regularly supervised and the house is clean all the time.
