I live close to the lovely Pelsall village, local common, countryside, transport links. I live with two beautiful dogs, a cat, a tortoise and chickens - so you get fresh eggs in the morning!!
You MUST BE PET / ANIMAL FRIENDLY!! Please note, the dogs are fully Gold Standard trained and do not access upstairs or bedrooms, neither does the cat.

I live in a lovely village of Pelsall, opposite the house is the local farm shop and i live here as within 2 minutes outside my door i am lost in the lovely outdoor countryside with plenty of walks, ponds, streams, village shops and the all important local PUB!!

Looking for someone who likes to be social but understands the need for space also! I love reading and walking my dogs but i also enjoy a bottle of wine and a competitive game of scrabble! I am flexiable but need someone respectful, responsible and tidy.

I can provide each week a clothes washing and room 'general' clean for an extra £25per month.
If lodger irons ........ Then if they are willing to offer an ironing service then agreements maybe made for I wash you iron deal etc!!! Lol
