Prime location for HS2 professionals on the border of Solihull and Shirley. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within a 4 minute walk of a retail park (M&S Food, Next, Costa, Pure Gym etc) and approximately 0.5m from Shirley town centre with everything it has to offer (including Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Wetherspoons, Costa, Nando’s, Pizza Express, Prezzo, bars, banks, chemists, hairdressers, gym etc) and 1m from Solihull train station and town centre.
One beautiful double room is available for single occupancy only, with a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and small laptop desk.
A 3 minute walk gets you to the main bus routes/stops with an excellent service to Blythe Valley business park, Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry, Airport, NEC and more. Both Shirley and Solihull train stations are approximately 1 mile away, and the M42 a 5 minute drive away.
