This double room with private en-suite is available for Monday to Friday stays, but there is flexibility on weekends. Short term stays of seven days can be considered.

My semi-detached house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Dickens Heath (B90), opposite the nature park entrance and within ten minutes walk to the wonderful high street.

ABOUT THE AREA
Dickens Heath is in Shirley, Solihull (B90) and only a short drive to the M42 to get to Birmingham and the rest of Solihull.

The amazing Dickens Heath High Street is less than ten minutes walk with a Tesco open until 11pm, pharmacy, barber, restaurants, bars and more. Shirley High Street is only a five minute drive away and boasts many amenities and two huge retail parks.

The house is in a quiet part of the Village opposite the nature reserve, so very quiet at nighttime.

Council tax band D but paid by the owner.

Short term stays of four weeks can be considered, even at seven days per week.

Deposit is one (1) week's rent and rent payment is usually every 4 weeks in advance.
