Description

I live in a Detached house at the end of a Close. I’ve recently had an extension to make the kitchen diner all one. I’m within 15 minutes walk to the train station. I’m a professional working in the education sector.
I’m looking for a professional who is considerate, respectful and clean.

Living room: tv, sofa

Bedroom: The room is furnished with a firm double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and has an inbuilt wardrobe. There are also storage drawers in the bed.

Kitchen: two ovens with inbuilt microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Dining table and chairs.

Bathroom: bath, shower, sink, toilet

Garden: south facing, patio, lawn and chairs.

Great Location less than 15 minutes drive to Blythe Valley Business Park and only 15 minutes commute to Birmingham City Centre from Solihull Train Station. Near to M42/M6 Motorway and Birmingham International.
