We are seeking 2 working professionals for this house share located in a heart of Shirley residential area, with a large garden and shared driveway for parking from March 2022.
This house has been completely new built with a new high-end 1 x kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and a communal living area, designed to provide comfort after a hard days work.
High-Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, but the speed can fluctuate. There is a weekly cleaner for all the communal areas and the garden will be regularly clean during the summer months. Apart from communal area cleaning charges, all bills are included. Communal area cleaning charges are shared between tenants. All tenants will be sharing the total cost of communal cleaning, which can be £3-£5 a week.
I am a friendly professional, very clean and would like to rent the room to someone who is honest, kind, considerate, friendly and a working professional who will treat the house like their own and not a party house.
I enjoy going out for dinner and socializing with friends/family. I enjoy my weekends relaxing at home, travelling and going to the gym.

1 x Double rooms come fully furnished with double beds, wardrobe, drawer chest and bed side table both provide lots of natural light and ample storage. There is also a newly fitted bathroom on each room.

Located on a quiet road within a 5-minute walk to the high-street to cater for your shopping needs.
There is a local Asda with late opening hours at your convenience 2 minutes walk. Asda, Poundland and many other stores are 2 minute walking distance away including the Gym and Shirley Library.
Shirley train station is a 5 minute walk and Solihull train station is a 8 minute drive with links to Birmingham City Centre, Solihull, Stratford, Warwick, Leamington Spa etc.

No smoking anywhere on the Property.
No extra guests overnight.
The volume of TV and Mobile to be kept at a moderate level.
Quite time in the house after 9:30 pm.
Quietness must be maintained when coming into the neighborhood late at night to respect others in the neighborhood.
Cleanliness and hygiene to be maintained for the safety of yourself and others living with you.
