This is a single furnished bedroom in a 3 bed house….beautiful clean cosy. Single bed with side table and bedside lamp, wardrobes, one desk and chair. House is close to bus stops and and all essential amenities. Solihull train station 1 mile. Easy public transport to Blythe Valley near M42.

This room advertised here in my house in Shirley is for females preferably. House rules as follows:
Tenant to clean her room. Hoover provided. Laundry allowed 1-2 loads per week. Use of fridge freezer washing machine cooker microwave oven kettle toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. No pork, ham or it’s products in the house. No alcohol in the house. No outdoor shoes allowed upstairs. No leftover food in the room. Rubbish to go in the bin provided in the room to be emptied into the main bin every Wednesday evening. Keep noise down especially 9pm-7am. Cleanliness is important as is respecting other house occupants. No visitors allowed.
