There is currently 1 female lodger aged 26 and I have a double room available.

-Fully furnished kitchen with Fridge freezer, oven, microwave & hob and dining table.
-Downstairs toilet.

-The garden is beautifully designed and well kept, ideal for relaxing in after a day at work.
-Garage for extra storage.
-off road parking for 2 cars.
-I have three cats called Blue, Pink and Purple who will also be sharing the house. They spend the day outside and come in at night. So ideally I'm looking for a cat lover.
-Walking distance to Shirley train station, Shirley High Street (lots of restaurants, shops etc) and the Shirley park is a 2 minute walk away.
-Excellant transport links to Birmingham City centre (20 minute drive or train)
Solihull is a 10 minute drive or train away.
10 minute drive to Blythe Valley business park.
-Bus routes into Birmingham city centre/Solihull are a 5 minute walk away.
-Rent is inclusive of all Bills (Gas, electricity, water, Council tax, Broadband, TV licence).
