Hi I'm Matt, I'm 34 and I'm looking to share my house with the right person.
The newly built 3 bed house is clean, peaceful and tucked away in a quiet road just off Haslucks Green Shirley.
There is currently me and another lodger called Stephanie who is 30, she is a music teacher at a secondary school and I work in property management. The vibe of the house is calm and friendly.
The room is a cozy single bedroom and has been beautifully decorated. With a state of the art HD Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
The house includes:
- Spacious bathroom with shower
- Stylish living room with 50" HD Smart TV
- Fully furnished kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, cooker and dining table
- Downstairs toilet
- Security cameras front and back
- A charming and well kept garden ideal for unwinding in after a day at work
- Large garage with lots of storage space
- Off road parking for 2 cars
- I have three adorable cats called Blue, Pink and Purple who will also be sharing the house. They spend the day outside and come in at night so ideally I'm looking for a cat lover.
- Walking distance to Shirley train station and Shirley High Street (lots of restaurants, shops etc) Shirley Park is a 3 minute walk away
-Excellent transport links to Birmingham City centre which is a 20 minute train or drive away. Solihull is a 10 minute drive or train away. 10 minute drive to Blythe Valley business park
- Bus routes into Birmingham and Solihull are a 5 minute walk away
- Rent is inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and TV license)
- Just bring yourself, you're clothes and bedding.
