The house has virgin fibre optic broadband throughout, WIFI for convenience, a port is in each bedroom for convenience too. Cleaning is carried out every 2 weeks for the communal areas and a gardener for the rear garden. A locked garage is available for bikes (key for tenants provided).

If you work in Solihull Town Centre this popular town centre is just a 10 minute drive from this luxury house where you will find the fantastic Touchwood complex, including a cinema, shops, various restaurants and fabulous bars. Shirley Retail Park is 4 mins drive and for those who love a gym, David Lloyd or Tudor grange leisure centre are easy to get to walking or driving. There are local shops close by including a Co-op and a large Sainsburys. Great bars, restaurants and a variety of shops are a 20 minute walk on the Stratford Road in Shirley, which is a buzzing vibrant place to be as it becomes mainly pedestrianised.

The house is in a fantastic location for those working in Solihull or Shirley. Solihull College and university centre are close by. Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull is a 16 minute drive. There is excellent access to the Midlands motorway network being located 8 minutes from Junction 4 of the M42 and access to the M40, M5 and M6 Motorways. Birmingham International Airport is a 15 minute. Shirley train station is 4 minutes away by car or a 25 min walk and you can be in Birmingham in just 28 minutes.

Rent includes all utilities, council tax, main lounge TV licence and a highspeed broadband. Refundable deposits required held in a government recognized scheme. Tenant checks will be required, passport / driving licence, a utility bill / proof of residence for the last 3 months.
