Double room in two bed flat

Hi, I’m looking for a lodger for the spare bedroom in my two bed flat. The room includes an ottoman double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and desk.

Flat located in Shirley (B90) with excellent public transport links by both bus and train. There is access to secured parking at the rear of the flat and a garage for a car or storage if needed.

Bills included.


Short term basis only (maximum 3 months), and Mon-Fri tenant preferred, open to discussion on cost if only mid-week.
