I am looking to rent a modern, clean double room, in a 3 bedroom house in Shirley, Solihull.

The house is freshly renovated, to a high standard. Looking for someone that appreciates cleanliness, and will treat the house like it’s their own. I often work long hours, and weekends so it’s a quiet house. Large driveway for multiple cars. I am sociable and up for a joint film, meal out or gym / padel session from time to time but also work long hours so appreciate downtime and personal space.

All you have to bring is your own clothing, and belongings. Everything else provided. Room comes with a mattress too. There is a cleaning service every other week, where kitchen, living room and bathroom are cleaned to a high standard.
