I recently have had someone move out of my house and am looking for a new housemate. The room is a large double, large wardrobes and media wall also.
Large sitting area, kitchen , garage with pool table. Tv in the living room, WiFi etc. all bills included in the monthly rent payment.
I have 2 cats , and so preferably looking for someone without allergies. They are lovely and well behaved.
