Double Room in 3 bed house

I have a great house to share. A reasonably large double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house. One bedroom set up as an office but can be used for guests staying over. There’s an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and an additional downstairs toilet.

1 mile walk from Shirley Station and Shirley High Street. It backs onto a Nature Reserve and fields, making it a quiet area with minimal traffic. There is a shared parking area out front.

The house is warm, comfortable and clean. It has a garden with BBQ and furniture, a great place for the summer to relax and entertain.

It would suit a young professional who is looking for somewhere to relax, but is also sociable.
