Luxurious, Double Balcony Room Shirley, B90

Please read ALL of this. The room has a balcony that overlooks Moseley Cricket Club even thought we are in Shirley, Solihull ! There are built in mirror wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and new carpets plenty of storage. The balcony has a bistro table and chairs on it so you can sit and watch the cricket.
I have 2 female Chaiwowas who are extremely friendly, it is very important that you like dogs as they love people and being petted.
Smoking is not allowed and no shoes in the house as they are new carpets. There’s plenty of space in the porch to leave shoes.

Sharing with 3 others. There are 3 toilets in the house. Stunning views of Moseley Cricket Club. Beautiful garden to relax in after a hard days work. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport, the number 4A bus stop is very close. Parking on drive if you need it.

I’m repeating myself here just to use up my words. All new carpets so please wear slippers. 2 Chuwowas live here so you MUST like dogs, they are very friendly and don’t bark much. You must be over 35 and a non-smoker. Employed guys only please.
