The accommodation consists of two bed rooms. One bedroom is occupied by the landlord. The other one is a furnished double room having double bed , cupboards, table & chair. Infact it is a very clean room .

Outside the double room all the felicities are shared i. e. living room cum dining ,kitchen, bath room etc ..

Utility bills are included & broad band is available The flat is clean & comfortable

Roadside parking is available .The flat is 5 minute drive to the local train station & is on a good bus services to Solihull town centre & Birmingham city centre in front of the flat..

One month advance is payable & one month notice period required before termination .

I myself is a quite person , but equally sociable & like to keep the flat tidy
