Clean, new and Quiet. Sunny too!

Hello, I have a pleasant house to share, very close to Shirley Station (3 minute walk) and local shops but also open countryside. There is not a lot of passing traffic so it's naturally quiet. This is ideal for parking / there is ample street parking. Super convenient for M42 or M40.

It is a good sized double room with double bed and is recently decorated. Electricity, gas, water, council tax and fast broadband included. There is a cleaner every two weeks.

The house is comfortable, clean and in a convenient location for commuting mid week or escaping at the weekend. Very sunny too. You would share with a quiet working male. It would be great to hear from you especially if you like gardening and are active. Male over 35 preferred but working professionals over 30 considered.

This house would ideally suit someone who needs 'down' space after a day at work. Individuals content to seek their own distractions, and desire quiet at home would be most compatible. This is a Monday to Friday Let only. Thanks
