Furnished double room (females)

Tastefully furnished double room with communal bathroom, kitchen, and downstairs toilet available in a 3-bedroom house. You will be sharing the toilet and shared spaces with one other person only (myself). Temporary lodgers, short term as well as longer stays are all welcome.

The room is spacious, furnished with all necessities, comfortable double bed, wardrobe, underbed drawer storage space, movable mirror with storage, mini drinks and side table. There is scope to add further furniture by the tenant. I am able to add a desk to the room for those wanting it. The room is bright & airy with large windows that fill the room with natural light and a view of the garden.

The decor is outstanding throughout the house and enjoys fast fibre-optic broadband.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. It is located in Short Heath and is predominantly family-oriented. The neighbourhood does not house HMOs.

Location
The property is perfectly suited for commuters and has great transport links via bus, rail and car/road access across Birmingham.

Bus Routes
There are several bus stops and routes from the house, the closest 5 minutes away. Birmingham City Center is only 23 minutes away by bus.

Rail Links
The house is a 12 minute walk from Erdington Station and the train toward New Street takes 12 minutes only.
The Southbound line terminates at Bromsgrove/Redditch via Aston, New Street, University, Selly Oak etc and northbound line to Four Oaks/Lichfield via Sutton Coldfield etc.

Roads
The M6 spaghetti junction is a 7 minute drive. The city centre is 15-20 minutes drive depending on time of day.

Access to Universities
University of Birmingham is a 23 minute train ride from Erd Station to University Station and a 40 minute bus ride from short heath bus stop. Birmingham City University is a 23 minute bus-ride.
Aston University is a 30 minutes bus-ride.

Good Hope (in Sutton Coldfield) 3 miles away. Heartlands 3.9 miles away. Sandwell Health 5.8 miles away.
