I’m offering a lovely room in my spacious 3-bed Victorian property, shared with just me (the landlady). The house has plenty of character and space, including a large living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, downstairs toilet, and a big garden with summer furniture – perfect for relaxing.

A little about me: I’m a working professional, sociable and often out, but I enjoy cooking and relaxing at home too. I work from home 3 days a week and go away on trips quite a lot. I like to keep the home clean, tidy and peaceful, so ideally looking for someone who shares the same values. I’m respectful with noise (usually winding down by 9pm on weekdays), though I do enjoy the occasional weekend mix.

• Prior to moving in, first months rent & deposit (equal to 5 weeks rent) will need to be paid.
