Huge 4 bed house to share with 1 other!

I currently live in this 4 bedroom house alone. 10 mins walk to Smethwick Rolfe Street station. 10 mins drive (£5 in uber) to new street station.
So you are able to have use of a large double and a single room too, suitable for office, computer room, dressing room etc.

Large living room, large kitchen and utility room, garden, pool room, I used the dinningroom as a gym/workout room.
There are 2 bathrooms. A family bathroom with large corner bath and a shower room.

I sometimes have a small friendly dog, so must like animals.
