We are 3 semi-professionals looking for someone to take over the large room in the house. We are young and fun and we are looking for a similar person to join us. We take good care of the property and keep it clean.

Our current housemate left and we are looking for someone to take over. The room is very cosy. The normal price for the room was £280 but we are offering it for £250/month. Our current contract expires on the 18th of February. No deposit needed but you will have to pay the rent and first month bills in advance.

Students and professionals welcome as long as you are an open-minded person and are going to take care of the property.

The property is situated in Smethwick at a 10 minutes walk from the Thimblemill Library and 15 minutes walk from Smetwich Baths. Bus stop is close by for number 12 and 89. Give us a call to arange a viewing.
