Double Room to Rent – Bearwood / Smethwick (Newly Refurbished Home)

A spacious double room is available to rent in a newly refurbished home in the Bearwood / Smethwick area.

I am a live-in landlord and a friendly, sociable, outgoing, and genuine person, looking for a like-minded tenant.

The house is located on a very quiet and safe street, with excellent local amenities nearby:

7–8 minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop
7–8 minutes’ walk to the post office
15 minutes’ walk to Bearwood High Street and Aldi

The room currently includes a double bed with drawers. Wardrobes will be added shortly, and a desk can also be provided if required, depending on the tenant’s needs.

Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term tenant, but I’m open to a minimum stay of 6 months.

A tenancy agreement will be provided, and references will be required.
