Myself and my husband (Hindu couple) live in this 3 bedroom house. We would like to welcome either a full time university student/researcher or a working professional. NO smoking and no alcohol allowed inside the house.
You will have the access to the lounge, back garden and kitchen, if you need to prepare your meals you will have your own fridge too.
There is a bus stop just outside the house sevicing West Bromwich and New Metropolitan Hospital. Another bus stop under 10 mins walk away services Birmingham University and QE hospital.
There is one stop shop just opposite the house for quick shopping.
The room has a single bed, wardrobe, cheat of drawers and a full size mirror.
We are a friendly couple who prefers to have a lady as a house mate.
I have a helper who comes and cleans the house every Saturday.
