There is a kitchenette attached for the tenants and they will have their own washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer microwave and kettle. There is also a oven, and gas cooker in the main kitchen if tenants would like to use these.

Property is double glazed and there is under floor heating. We are near bham airport, NEC, landrover, Jaguar, Solihull town centre and easy access to M42.
It is £450 for the bedroom and 1 months rent upfront. There is no minimum contract so if it you want for a few months that is good with me. However the notice period to vacate the property both for the landlord and tenant is 4 weeks.
The deposit is £450 deposit and no reference Is required. Gas and electricity safety checks have been completed, property has a fire alarm, security alarm, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
