Hi I'm Kevin. Seeking a lodger for spare double ensuite room in 4 bed detached house.. House is located 3 mins walk from The Farm and shops. Widney Mannor station 20 mins walk, Solihull town centre 30 mins, bus route to birmingham,/Solihull 5 mins. Easy access to m42 and m40 (2 mins)
Room is a large double and is more like a wing of a house.
There are no other occupants (except my GF at weekends). Seeking a professional and person that appreciates a tidy and high speced home.. I am not looking for anyone to be a buddy so if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself then that's fine. Please note, no smoking or pets.

Double room plus en suite. Room is furnished, fresh paint and new carpet. Bedside cabinets, lamps, two double wardrobes, , 6 draw chest, built in smart TV, Dyson heater, central heated, working desk. Adjoining ensuite has double sized walk in drench shower, fitted units, WC, basin, towel rail. Room is dual aspect and private.
