Bathroom, kitchen and garden belong to the common area, there is a possibility to have one extra room just for yourself for extra price or we can make small living room of it to be shared with one guy from the other room

PETS ALLOWED We accept pets that will not disturb other tenants.

We are looking for calm and friendly tenants.

The room is partly furnished, has build in wardrobe but we can provide the bed too if new tenant requires.
