If you want gardener we can provide his number and he can come to do the job and It’s has to be paid by the room tenant. The garden is only maintained from beginning summer of till end of November.. depend upon weather.

We do not ask for an application fee, but a £100 holding deposit is required before we will consider an application to be complete. This will be deducted from your first month's rent. Either a UK home owning guarantor (who will also be referenced) or a security 5 week deposit are required. Rent is paid monthly beginning of the month by standing order..
