I am seeking a working professional for this house share located in a quiet residential area, with a driveway for parking.

This house has been completely renovated with a new high-end kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and a communal living area, designed to provide comfort after a hard days work. High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

I am a friendly professional, clean & tidy and would like to live with someone who is a considerate friendly professional who will treat the house like their own and not a party house.

I work 9-6pm and enjoy going to the gym, socialising with friends/family and relaxing at home.

Bedrooms

Both rooms come fully furnished with a new double bed, brand new mattress and drawer chest, provides lots of natural light and storage.

Kitchen / Living

There is a spacious open-plan kitchen living area, and two large skylights providing lots of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped and lots of functional worktop space providing plenty of space for cooking and preparing food.

Location

Located on a quiet road within a 5-minute walk to the high-street to cater for your shopping needs.

There is a local Sainsbury's with late opening hours at your convenience. M&S, Asda and Tesco are a 10mins drive away with a variety of gyms including David Lloyd and The Village.

Whitlocks End train station is a 5 minute walk and Shirley train station is a 10 minute walk with links to Birmingham Centre, Solihull, Stratford, Warwick, Leamington Spa etc.
