The rooms have recently been refurbished with double bed, Smart TV, Laptop Workstation and chair, Wardrobe, Large chest of drawer and a bedside cabinet. Guests are free to use the garden amenities and eat the apples.

There is a separate laundry room where guests can use the washing machine facilities included within the monthly room rent. Each tenant has their own fridge.
There is a main bathroom upstairs with shower, bath & WC.
Two separate downstairs WC's. I separate downstairs floor shower room.
Each bedroom is fitted with a lock and the property has the latest integrated fire alarm system for your safety and security.

In a quiet residential suburb near to Elmdon park.
Walkable through the park to JLR and Public Transport to JLR.
Parking available on drive and on street.
