Double room available in a very friendly, quiet cul-de-sac a-stones-throw-away from Elmdon Park. Not far from Solihull Hospital, Resorts World, Birmingham NEC and Birmingham Airport.

I am a 38 year old man, who works as a Pharmacist with other interests in coaching, fitness, drawing and meditation.

I am looking for a tidy work professional preferably with similar interests and as good company to live with to share my house space with.

This is a 3 bedroom house where you will have the largest rear facing bedroom of the house overlooking the large garden. The room is currently unfurnished but I plan to furnish it depending on what furniture you have and what you require.

There are no others in house, I am the Live-in Landlord. There is a parking space on the drive.

This room is prime location for a professional working at Solihull Hospital, other nearby hospitals, Birmingham NEC and Resorts World, Flight Attendants or Pilots working from Birmingham Airport.

I am happy for Mon-Fri as well as 7 day renting.
